Hello, I’m Pandiyan – a full-stack web developer, blogger, and tech enthusiast.

I’ve been coding since my college days and blogging for over a decade, where I share learnings, experiments, and thoughts from my developer journey. I like to talk (a lot), listen (sometimes), and write code that machines can understand but humans often appreciate too.

Professionally, I’m a Staff Software Engineer at Lightcast, where I help build data-driven platforms that empower organizations to make informed workforce and economic decisions. With more than a decade of experience, I specialize in designing modern web applications and distributed systems using Angular, React, Next.js, C#, .NET Core, Microservices, Azure, and Elasticsearch.

My work sits at the intersection of performance and usability—building scalable backend systems while ensuring seamless experiences on the frontend.
